We have prepared for you an offer for competition law training or implementation of a complete competition law compliance program in your company prepared by Law Firm VILGERTS. The offer allows you to choose from several modules in order to customise the program according to your company’s needs, the industry in which you operate, and all previous contact with the Competition Council and competition law.

Three main reasons why you might be interested in this offer:

If your company regularly receives requests for information from the Competition Council: the competition law currently provides for a fine of up to 1% of company’s annual turnover for failure to submit a response to the Competition Council or for providing an incomplete response. We offer to train your employees to communicate with the Competition Council effectively and legally in order to eliminate the risk of incurring a fine.

On March 24, 2017, the Competition Council publicly announced that since the beginning of 2016 it has given 10 positive opinions about the possibility of restoring reliability. We offer to introduce such program in your company and take the necessary steps to obtain a written approval from the Competition Council.
