VILGERTS assisted Chinese healthcare investment fund to acquire Stenders from various sellers including BaltCap. It was one of the largest investments in Latvia by a capital from China. M&A team of VILGERTS (Gints Vilgerts, Linda Berzina, Vairis Dmitrijevs and Liga Steinberga) assisted the fund, Stenders in China and Yingke law firm with due diligence and transaction documents.
