Lawyer should have the following key qualities:
- strong experience in Corporate, Real Estate, and M&A law
- ability to prepare complex legal documents
- strong negotiation and writing skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
- excellent knowledge of Latvian and English, good knowledge of Russian / any other languages are added value
- experience of at least 2-3 years at a Latvian or international law firm
- active interest and ability to engage business development activities for the firm
